This may help visitors with poor eyesight or limited reading ability. Moreover, users can listen while moving through a station, museum, or tourist site. They do not need to stop and read every sign.
On the other hand, audio guidance also has some disadvantages. Loud sounds from crowds, traffic, or trains may make the information hard to hear. Users might miss important details in busy places. Another drawback is that the service may be available in only a few languages. Visitors who speak other languages may receive less information or may not be able to use the service at all.
