What are some advantages of working from home? One benefit is that workers can save the time they spend traveling to and from work. They may use this extra time to rest or spend time with their families. Moreover, working from home can make it easier to concentrate. This is because there may be fewer conversations, phone calls, or other interruptions.
On the other hand, working from home has some disadvantages. It can be difficult for workers to communicate with each other. Without face-to-face conversations, sharing information or asking quick questions may take longer. Furthermore, people may not get enough exercise. Because they do not walk to stations or move around an office, they may spend most of the day sitting.
