Guidebooks are useful because people can easily find information about places to visit. For example, they can read about famous buildings or interesting activities before deciding where to go.
However, there can be a problem. Some information in guidebooks may be old. Restaurants may have closed, or the opening hours of tourist places may have changed since the books were published.
