READING
Many people exercise in parks near their homes. They walk, run, or do other kinds of exercise there in the morning or after work.
Using parks for these activities is good because people can exercise without paying money. For example, they do not need to join a gym or buy expensive equipment, which helps them save money.
However, there can be a problem. Parks can be difficult to use when the weather is bad. For example, on rainy or very hot days, people may not be able to exercise comfortably.
